II Corps has worked several major projects in support of the Live, Virtual, Constructive – Training Environment (LVC-TE) and the Squad Immersive Training Environment (SITE). Both projects resulted in TECOM’s first approved Marine Requirements Oversight Council (MROC) decision memorandum approving the requirement and justification to resource LVC-TE and SITE training and education initiatives. We currently provide program support with trend analysis and active performance management and analytical support daily for the Marine Corps. We support Marine Corps University (MCU) through training and education analysis for the Center for Advanced Operational Culture Learning (CAOCL). We continue to conduct analysis to develop courseware and provide highly qualified instructors (JTAC-Es, JTAC-Is, JFO-Is) to teach the Joint Fires Observer (JFO) and Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) courses at the Expeditionary Warfare Training Groups (EWTG) and at the U.S. Army Artillery School. IIC2 conducted curriculum development and sustainment in support of II Marine Expeditionary Force advisor teams deploying to Afghanistan. We understand the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF), and what it takes to organize, train, and equip the operating forces.
